I am constantly worrying about something or someone every single day. I feel stressed out and anxious most of the time.

I have tried distraction methods but for me they are only a temporary fix. My mind wanders alot and I am easily distracted.

Can you please give me step-by-step instructions on how to stop myself from worrying about something or someone every single day? Thank-you!
