Please consider relaxation/guided imagery/autogenics. You can find very helpful CD's at this site:

that I use nearly every day. There are other CD's from the site that I use also. It's nice to have a variety and when practiced every day it helps so much.
Other CD's I have and use are "Relax...Let Go...Relax" and "Natural Tranquilzers". I especially like the guided imagery "Soothing Colors" and the autogenic "Calm Down".
