Very interesting....my doctor specifically said DON'T get the nasal spray as it is a live virus and less safe...get the shot! I'll clarify with her...this may be specific for me because I am asthmatic. It doesn't seem very logical to inhale a live, respiratory virus, right into the lungs, when one has a pre-existing lung issue.

Anyway...I am in no way opposed to flu vaccines...H1N1 or seasonal...but will be sticking with injectables!
