((Zen)))) worry is probably a natural condition for people, faced with all the things that might go wrong, could go wrong and we sometimes overwork ourself trying to think of every possible scenario that might occur and it is easy to feel overwhelmed and slip into thought patterns of helpless insignificance... not everyone can solve everything, not you or i, or any member here... what is great about PC is the way we each contribute a little to the whole... follow those who seem to have the answer you are searching for in this moment, others are working on thier own stuff and the beauty of PC is that there is an expert in almost every department to help you find your way... so dont worry about worrying too much, a percentage of it is normal... i think what you want to do here is not learn how to stop worrying, but learn how to manage worry in a healthy way... Echoes has some excellent links and ideas and i will only add a link to a certain meditation i use that was recommended to me by a prominent member of PC (Spiritual_Emergency)
