Posts of this type are so hard to read. They are so real...so in your face,,,so tragic...I feel for you....
Like other wise folks before me....when anger turns to violence a line has been crossed that is very difficult to uncross. But it can be done. If he is serious about his remorse set a Loving boundary that he immediately enroll in an anger mangement course. His graduation from this will be a first step in moving forward...If he refuses...I don't think you or your child will be safe.
Secondly please remember that you are your childs first protector...that is really all that is needed to state...
