Sounds like he really does not understand depression. The only people that seem to truly understand depression and other mental health issues are those that have them too.

I wouldn't bring up him anything about getting a job anymore. He will either do what he needs to do or he won't, you trying to push him will just upset both of you. Take care of yourself, do what you need to do to keep yourself okay. We are here for you Manda.
