I am sorry your "friend" let you down. I have had "friends" too who turned away from me when I needed help. Or worse yet who turned a deaf ear to my son when I was missing and he called my "friend" asking if he knew where I was and my son mentioned he had no food. A real friend would have brought my son a burger but my "friend" did nothing.

In real life I call people my friends but don't believe they are. The people who support me now are all people I have met on the internet. It's kinda sad that you and I have no close friends in our proximity but let us be joyful that the internet has shown us people who really do care about us.
