there was a study done sometime past which showed that while getting in the habit of exercising was difficult for some, once they had actually gotten out and done it, the activity of exercising actually builds energy, and in time, a period of only a few weeks, a person will begin to feel less resistance and actually begin looking forward to exercise.. however, i think to make that work, one has to maintain a healthy and positive attitude about what they are doing for themselves and continue to aspire to higher and higher goals ... it benefits not only you Berries, think of the many who also are in transition, struggling against gravity and the same old same old.. your positive example encourages them to become involved as well and in time maybe you will buddy up with others like you, or trying to become like you (more healthy that is) and become the motivation and inspiration they've needed to make changes in their own life... everyone benefits!
Thanks for this!
