Teary, you need to learn which friends you can talk to about your pain, and feel which friends are not strong enough to help you with that. They can still be a friend. Just not someone to share our iinner most burdens with. It's still important to have them around and have fun with them. They take our mind off our problems. Just know who those people are who CAN handle the deeper problems of life when you need to talk about them, and seek them out.
