I have made it a rule to never take any pill that doesn't come from a labled container or have a marking on it that I can identify.....too many chances....too many bad effects. Not worth taking the chance with my life. I am alergic to too many known things to take chances taking something I can't identify.

Be overly careful...it is your life too,
