Wow! A very capable and frustrated woman. I wish i could give you an answer but it does sound like the more you do, the less he does. He does not see the seriousness of his situation. What has changed since you were married? Maybe have a talk with him about marriage counseling? Hopefully some other people here that have been where you are will have more suggestions.
