I've been getting intensely angry at times lately, too. But I see it as an improvement over the apathy of my depression. Maybe getting angry is a good sign for you?
Of course, it must not be harmful to yourself or others.
Work with your therapist on constructive ways to channel that anger and maybe with the anger you can dig your way out of your depression.
