The Script is easy and only takes about five minutes of your time.
You do not have to remember old feelings/wounds or recall where the feelings came from... all that is required of you is to feel what your body is experiencing at the moment, in the here and now, then place a one word expression to the feeling - then replace the negative word/feeling with three positive ones... all done via The Script.
EXAMPLE:
Negative Feeling: Depressed/ion
Positive Feelings: Joyful, Happy, Enthused About Life, Excited
Negative Feeling: Unwanted
Positive Feelings: Wanted, Welcomed, Invited, Cared for
Negative Feeling: Hurt (offended)
Positive Feelings: Forgive, Comforted, Revered, Honored
Negative Feeling: Abandoned
Positive Feelings: Cherished, Precious, Upheld, Cared for
Negative Feeling: Abused
Positive Feelings: Cherished, Sustained, Supported, Loved
Negative Feeling: Annoyed (irritated)
Positive Feelings: Forgive, Accept/ing, Undisturbed, Calm
Negative Feeling: Angry
Positive Feelings: Forgive, Love, Peaceful, Calm, Merciful
Negative Feeling: Afraid
Positive Feelings: Confident, Courageous, Peaceful, Reassured
Negative word - place in (a) slot
Positive words - place in (b) (c) (d) - use the same words used in (b) in (c) & (d)
