thank you for your suggestion to rest. It's looking like it's really what I need. I've decided to relax for the evening and start fresh tomorrow after a good night's sleep.

trying not to worry...
I'm a little wierded out by what's happening the past few hours. When I start to try to do anything I'm getting very panicked.
Even little things I WANT to do like getting my headphones from across the room, I'm feeling depressed like wanting to curl in a ball but I'm not doing that, I'm watching some tv shows, hanging around here, that kinda thing.
