Sometimes the alters are just too scared. You are dealing with a very young mind. They have been taught that contact is bad, so they do not like to be touched. You may have just spend time just sitting with her, allowing her time to adjust to you caring about her. She is not use to that. Also alters can become damaged from the trauma. Ask another alter for suggestions, but sometimes they may not want to help or can not help.
