It's so hard when things are so noisy inside and the littles are so distressed..................try to use all the things you would use to comfort a distressed child, hold them, love them, stuffies......let them draw and play whenever you can.
Know that we are here for you all, come and write here, lean on us and let us try to hold you up to holt that downward spirall, remember this is just a few steps back and you can start again to walk those forward steps
