I don't know, I've put peroxide on my wounds before and I had those little white bubbles pop up as well and when I wiped them away, my wounds turned into a white soft scab for a day or so, then would turn into a regular scab. I think it's just part of killing the bacteria from the wounds, but I could be wrong. If it's bothering you, seek medical attention as advised.
