You could use a hair dissolving cream like immac, but be careful to do a skin patch test first because it can cause skin reactions.

Or you could teach yourself to wax, I did, and didn't find it that hard. Main thing is making sure the wax isn't too hot and won't burn. I normally try it on the back of my finger before anywhere else. There are always instructions on home waxing kits. I wouldn't get the ready to use strips though, I find them rubbish.

Or like other's said you can shave. You could also do this with an electric razor specifically for that area, although these often don't leave a smooth finish.

Or you could get an epilator, which cost a bit, and are painful, but are an easier way of pulling out hairs in effect.
