I'm so sorry to hear that being ill and feeling like you've 'blown up' is making you feel so anxious and upset. I'm sure that you won't have blown up and I'm sure that when you are fully well enough and able to walk around a bit, half an hour of walking should make you feel a little better each day, maybe?
You will just put your body into shock and make your immune system weaker if you starve yourself. I know I might sound like a hypocrite, but it's so true.. I was ill in bed for two weeks, like you and then was ill again straight after because I stopped eating because I felt fat and lazy etc after staying in bed for two weeks. and over exercised. I don't want you to be making yourself any more ill than you already are hon...
You deserve to be happy, safe and better. Please don't go putting yourself through anymore pain, you really don't deserve it...
