I'm not on contraception at all. Just get the guy to use a condom. I know thats wrong but. . . I also know that its not a miscarriage this time. What has bothered me was the really bright red blood and fluid. And that it was real heavy. Did intense exercise today can that affect flow and color. If you can help it would be great. Gross questions i know.
