Phoenix is right... a thought is not an action. Allow the thought to come and go like the wind. Do not try to stop a thought. Just do not pay any attention to it. The more we give it attention, the stronger it becomes. Just allow it to be what it is - a simple shadow on the walls of the mind. When your mind sees that you no longer give attention (fuel) to the thought, it will drop it.
You have a new found power over your actions. Claim and own that power and that new found freedom.
