Thank you briester you've been so great and i'm so grateful. I don't understand why you care so much but know that it helps so thanks. Today has been ok. Went for dinner with 2 friends from work that was fun. Am bt my mums for the night. But have counsellor coming to mine in the mornin at some time. Then psychologist appointment wed!
