I did hire a guy to clean the roof $324.... the 29th... my neighbor, who's roof is worse than mine but didn't receive a fine-warning letter, told me to book his in too,and get a bargain which I did... but then he backed out (he's dying of cancer and wanted to get the roof done so his wife won't have to worry about it but also he changes his mind I guess?) So anyway, I'm stuck full price.
