I'm sorry to hear you weren't able to tell her but maybe the time wasn't right for you for some reason. Is there anyone else you could possible confide in, a priest or some other spiritual leader or someone. What about a regular health clinic? Try not to feel bad about yourself as you did nothing to bring this on.
