Sounds like your mind is on overdrive. Try doing something physical - Like going for a run..... Or dive into the Ocean or lake. Anything to get your mind to slow down. Make your self breathe and just feel yourself breathe.
Breath is real
Water is real.
A shower is real.
You aren't fake - just overwhelmed. Maybe try talking to a real person/counsellor and get in contact with real life.
