Sorry to hear you have been feeling so bad lately. I can only speak from personal experience and have found things like taking a quiet walk in a park, prayer, meditation and spiritual reading have helped me when things get worse. Trying to avoid stressful situations and negative emotions (from myself and those around me) have also, at times, had a positive impact. Getting enough sleep has always been important as well; things seem to get much worse the more tired I become. Who knows..what helps one person may have no effect on someone else but it's just suggestions. Hope you get to feeling better. - iluzhyn
