I always seem to have strange dreams, but this one is totally up there. Thoughts would be appreciated

So I was like 6 months pregnant in this dream and I was like Oh Gosh the baby is coming now. So off to the hospital we go, and stop a few places on the way. My boyfriend was there, and there were some other people, but I don't think it was any family. Turns out I wasn't actually having the baby, but having a miscarriage . Then I woke up.

Note: Never been pregnant/never had a miscarriage. Didn't watch any baby videos/tv that day.....
