Sabrina, I don't use the "copy" ever

I right click the photo or the image
then select "properties".....(not copy)

Then I highlight & cut (ctrl c) the "location".....http://forums.psychcentral.com/image...ine=1246039416

then I select the button at the top of the reply that we use to "insert image"

Paste (ctrl v) the "location" address I cut, into that & hit ok (which wraps the location with & poof.....there is your picture

If I pick up an image from photobucket....it's similar....but there are a few more steps.

You pick an image & select it with the left click

That takes you to a new screen with just the selected image. With the cursor over the image, there come up options over the image....pick the "share" option

That takes you to a new window where you select "get link code"

under the option IMG for bulletin boards & forums pick the first option the address to the left of the words "full size". highlight & cut (ctrl c) that address as it already has the wrapped around the address.

come back to the message your are posting the image to & just paste (ctrl v) that address where you want to display the image (no need to use the "insert image" since it is already set up in the right format to display the image)

Hope this helps more than anything previously......this is how I have been doing most of my posting of images lately.

I love photobucket....have set up some albums there & cut & pasted some of my favorites....can set that up to easily get the address to paste & have the image come out......really fun now that I understand how to do it too....it was a trial & error time for we there for awhile....but now..."it's a piece of cake"

....."a walk in the park"

Have fun with your images
