I did introduce myself in the new members forum but wanted to do so here, too. I'm Molly, I have PTSD along with major depression, anxiety and bpd. I have been in dbt for a year & am supposedly going to be starting the real trauma work soon with my T who I see weekly.

I've had PTSD for a dozen years, mostly it's been under control due to me just keeping all my emotions totally numbed out. Since I've been in therapy, though, I've been learning to feel again & along with that has come an increase in nightmares, flashbacks & intrusive thoughts.

I have tried to read through some of the most recent posts here & just want to applaud you all for the courage & strength you show, and the support you give one another.
