Going to therapy and being ourselves in front of T is certainly not easy!

I also have therapy on Mondays - I've been going almost 7 months now (wow, it doesn't feel like that long!), and I still get nervous before every session, to varying degrees. Today, I am very nervous, because I had to miss last week's session, and I have some really difficult things to discuss. But the great thing is that once I'm in the room with T, that nervous feeling tends to go away - maybe not immediately, but soon after I go in there.
