hi ickydog,

when i've cut myself in the past, especially deep cuts , they always turned white like that, and i didn't even put peroxide on them. i think it;s just the fat tissue showing through the skin. usually it happens with deeper cuts, at least in my experience. Did you cut yourself deeper than usual that time? the peroxide probably added to making it look white, because it washed away all the blood and such.
whenever i've used peroxide, it's always felt like it was burning or eating away at my skin. that's just how peroxide works. and peroxide always bubbles/fizzes like that when poured over a wound. nothing to really worry about there, er, i don't think anyways.

the thing you need to worry about is it getting infected. so keep them clean (wash them with soap or use some more peroxide) and maybe put a band aid over them for the first day or two.
