muffy not many will stand up and say look i am me this is how i handled such n such, there is no manual telling us how to handle stuff, and a lot of us tend to let others go first coz we like to make them happy before making us happy, and with all the stuff you have dealt with over your life, i would of been suprised if you hadnt been depressed at some time,
