I have been cutting for 5 years now, and I'm not sure why I do it. I want to stop because I'm hurting my friends and family (those who know). I hate knowing that every time it scars over i have to hide it for awhile because i have gotten deeper over the years. I've gotten to a point that i want to die but i'm kind of scared to. If anyone has any advice to give I am all for it. Because all the shrinks i've been too they have told me that they couldn't help me. and i cant go to my parents they just ignore it. I want to stop please someone help me.
