Ok, the one thing you need to look at is your operating system......as the cut & paste isn't a function of the internet server, but your operating system.....from what I understand.....in my case, it's windows xp that is the control C "cut" & control V "paste" functions. Is there something going on with your operating system....did it get corrupted somehow or something?.......

How do you know that your "cut" works if your "paste" doesn't....."paste" can only paste what cut has cut.....maybe neither is working. I know when I did the copy, I didn't need to cut to get it loaded into my notepad area....the "copy" does it automatically.......When you are just typing a reply or anything....are you able to "cut" & "paste" within a reply by highlighting words & doing the "cut" & "paste" of the highlighted words....if that works, then your cut & paste is working....& there is something else that is your problem......

Just trying to debug your problem......narrow down the possibilities.
