If you could give us a step by step scenario of what you are doing exactly....maybe we can figure out what the problem is......that would help us know exactly what you are doing so we can help figure out what the glitch is. I use firefox & windows xp....without any problems....sounds like there may be just some oops that is happening in the steps that are being done......hopefully we can help you out....no point in changing over to explorer for just picture things....I use picture things all the time & changing back & forth would drive me crazy....(as if I'm not crazy enough already...lol).

Hope we can help....fool Zero may be onto something....what it actually is that you are trying to use access to copy......start with step 1 & run through exactly what you are doing, what you select, & what keys you use to do everything in the process.....we will definitely help you get this figured out (if it kills me)......I hate when things like this happen to me & get frustrated until I resolve what is happening wrong.....just a little of my past firmware engineering mentality kicking in...lol.
