I was going to say the same ... mp3 player or an ipod ... other than that, walk away to a quieter place, think of a favourite song, breathe to stay calm. It's a horrible thing to go through, raised voices do this to me, my son clapping loud winds me up and he knows it  . I hope one of these suggestions helps, Ophelia xx
