Excellent advice Chipmunk. Krogers has sparkling water If you do not like sodas.
It works . That and relaxing till it passes. And maybe after that you'll be able to eat.
We have to eat to keep up our health.
various things can bring on eating or not eating . Stress will do a number on the body.
not long after my cancer diagnosis I went through a period where I felt sick at the thought of eating . I had no Appitie (sp) , This was a first for me .
it didn't last longer than a couple of weeks off and on.
