Believe it or not -- the T I was seeing before the accident felt I was Ok enough to stop therapy (so much for HMO's) My Psychiatrist only precribes meds and when I called him his suggestion was to just increase my Trazadone (I have not taken this for over 6 months). He doesn't even remember changing my meds to paxil which he states won't help with the sleep disturbances at this time. But I know that in a week or 2 from now things will look better once again. -- just needed a place to chat and vent. I called my old T back to let her know what was going on and she responded that she was sorry but she is leaving on monday for a 2 week vacation. I know when I get this overwhelmed I tend to take things personally but it seems like nothing is working out. ONE DAY AT A TIME!! I know I know.
