I think the writing things down is a great idea!
I know I have sometimes struggled with fear of getting better, fear that if I go in to see T & everything is great too often she'll tell me I don't need to be there any more. So I can definitely understand where you're coming from. It's hard to think of the bad times when we're feeling good, we just want to keep feeling good dammit!
