I have always struggled to keep weight off. I exersize everyday and eat right and have managed to keep my body in good shape for weighing in at 220. I am muscular and have a fairly flat stomach for as much as I can. I do 3 and 6 mile walks at a brisk pace almost everyday. Pushups and situp are the worst but, that is what I have to do to stay in shape.
