Hi Rachel,

I'll second Kimmy's post - that 'public pie' scared me away a few times.

Another angle is the energy levels. When our energy is very low we get irritable, forgetful, it's just hopeless trying to keep up with the pack. That's how it was for me.

IMHO the secret is to live within your own limits, there's no other way. It's fatal to compare yourself to the mainstream, that just brings you down.
