Hi Zen - Our brain never stops. It continues to take all our information collected in current and pass and tries to make a clear picture of all the data has been working on, or EVERYTHING you've been doing durning the day, and past un-resolved issues.
It tries to make sence of it all but instead jumbles it all together.
