Yes I had a similar problem with my first roommate freshman year. I say my first roommate cause I had two my freshman year.
Can you talk to her about it? So many students at my school take the phone out side the room especially when they are calling relatively late at night.
Can you go out of the room when she has done it for a while and go some where else to read? Maybe then she would get the picture that she is bothering you.
