Yes, I am in therapy. Both DBT and an individual psychologist.
I have talked about my suicidal idealization automatic thoughts. The T's recommend that I follow distress tolerance skills to get me through the moment. Stay busy. I have found techniques to get me through an hour here and there, but how do I stop these automatic thoughts & temptations in the other hours of the days??
Next week's therapies won't be happening, due to the holiday, and I'm struggling.
