I don't know where this thread belongs so I am writing it here.

I feel very upset, angry and hurt right now!

I just went down to my basement to look for my Christmas tree and decorations. I know exactly where I left them the last time I looked.

In fall 2008, my brother who only had keys to my home and total access to it, came over one day to clean my home (without me asking him to do so).

In the summer of 2008, I had a furnace installed.

In addition to my Christmas tree and decorations that are missing so is my brother's adult movie collection (long story how those ended up in my basement).

When I have had manic episodes which I haven't had in 3 years. I would take things and make a shrine in my kitchen. Yes, I know it sounds bizzare but I was manic. But at no time did I ever through my belongings in the garbage or give them away.

I sent an e-mail to my brother explaining the situation. I am expecting him as usual to say that I am not thinking clearly or he will dx me with another disorder.
