Like when he is watching a football game & they give statistics & say something like he is a "big boy"--he weighs the same as I do (190 lbs.--please keep this a secret!). Yet the player is almost 6 feet tall & I am merely 5' 3".

So to hear the announcer say he is "big" when I weigh about the same is so sad for me & discouraging...

I am definitely NOT football material.
I was hiding my weight from him. He read my report on my bmi. I thought that my weight was only on the first page, but it was on the third page, and like a dummy that I am. I didn't think to read the rest of the report before I set it down. Yesterday we were argueing about the money for a trainer. I still want the trainer, but he doesn't want me to have a trainer. Trainers are exspensive. I've got to tell you that the trainers are very effective. My bf thinks that if I do the free classes, and do the weights myself that I will get to where I need to be. Yesterday I rode 2 miles on bicycle, and that is all I did as far as that goes. Today I didn't workout, because I need a day to heal. I'm sore. My left arm is hurt. I need to put some icyhot on it.

I would like to say that my bf told me before that I was to big. Well as you know that was his mistake. I made it a point to tell him something that I couldn't stand on him that he's insecure about. He hasn't said anything since about my weight. That is really ashame your husband is doing this to you. Have you tried to talk to him about how this is hurting you. I know that meds do make you gain weight. My meds have also did this to me. You shouldn't worry about football players. They are probably under some guide lines for there health. Also they are running a lot. Running a football into the touchdown zone can be a lot of yards. If you want to rid of weight do it for yourself, and no one else. Looks are just looks. Beauty is inside. I have meet some physically attractive people, and have really thought they were ugly. I really couldn't stand to even look at them.
