Just heard from my friend in Norfolk VA tonight. He's been dealing with the flooding going on there from the Noreaster they had. The damage is bad. He's got water in his ducts under the house , which still has standing water under it. Has had to replace floors too. And the poor guy just relandscaped his yard this su...mmer. Now this.
