Well, dreaming is an essential part of sleep, while you dream your brain is filing stuff away and making sense of things.
You wouldn't actually know if you were dreaming nonstop as you are asleep so you would have no way of knowing this! But in any case I would only be really worried if you were dreaming while you were awake and if it was causing you a problem.
