When was the last time you had a physical? Sometimes, a dose of vitamin B-12 helps the energy level.
If something physical does not cause or contribute to your tiredness, have you considered talking to psychiatrist to see if a medication might help? As you undoubtedly are aware and sashasiegel has pointed out, tiredness and a lack of energy are symptoms of depression.
I am sorry your husband does not seem to understand that depression is an illness. Please consider taking action to help yourself.
