Hi Jay,
that's great news you're going to the clinic and taking the meds - glad they're starting to help a little. Try to be patient because it could take up to 3 months to get the full affect of the meds. Also depression is very stubborn sometimes and even with the best meds, it can be challenging. Are you exercising?? See if you can go for some fast walks.
As far as people not liking you - try not to be concerned with this. You have one special person(Jessi) and that's great. I find in life there's no way we can make everyone like us. Just keep being polite and that's all you can do. If you sense someone doesn't like you, just let it go. It may be true they don't like you or they might be having a rotten day or have issues themselves.
You're doing the right thing trying to get yourself well and that's the most important thing you need to worry about now. Best of luck Jay
